College of Applied Health Sciences Computer Recommendations

The College of Applied Health Sciences programs do not restrict students from choosing between PC or Mac. Any computer capable of checking emails, writing papers, and connecting to the campus network should be fine.

  • Minimum of 8GB of memory but 16GB would be preferred.
  • Minimum of 256GB of SSD storage is recommended.
  • PC or Mac is user preference.

While tablets and iPads are still great for taking notes on, they are not recommended to be used as primary devices.

Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are available to all students free of charge from the Webstore (software purchases and support.)
